From founded in 1992, Highstar focus on researching secondary high-power and storage battery, established complete R&D and manufacturing capacity for high-power and storage battery, and owned core technology of all industry chain, including materials, spare parts, cells, BMS, system integration and so on. Our main products are Li-ion battery, Nickel battery, battery materials, battery plates, power systems and so on. We can provide 3GWh production capacity of Li-ion battery and 0.2GWh capacity for nickel battery, main application includes EV,ESS, power tools, weapon, rail transits, aerospace, emergency lighting and so on.Highstar is keeping up with the technological front of international battery, and is engaged in the complete R&D of power and energy storage battery fields. We have established key R&D platforms such as national level post-doctor scientific work station and engineering & technology center,and worked with colleges and academies from home and abroad like University of Science and Technology of China, Southeast University, Zhejiang University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, No. 18 research institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Connecting industry with higher learning institution and research institutes closely. We have a R&D and engineering team with 300 people, form independent innovation to R&D system. We have undertaken the “national 863 plan”, national scientific and technological project, and national torch plan successively, We have mastered key technologies such as critical material, spare parts, cell, BMS and system integration etc.
